Pros – It is great working with co0workers that have a passion for what they do/develop.

Cons – Hours worked in a day can be long, however, overall it is rewarding.

Pros – Apple gives you tools to grow and develop new skills professionally and personally
Great co-workers and great work ethic.

Cons – Pay and mediocre benefits are the main reason people leave the retail side.
Overwhelming secrecy about everything can make your job difficult, as one never knows what to expect at work. This however, is a known issue and will never change.

Advice to Senior Management – Jobsy. Could you please wear some nice shoes with that turtle-neck and those jeans.

Pros – Surrounded by the greatest technology, no micromanagement, and a very relaxed environment.

Cons – The management that isn't competent, is very incompetent. It places additional stress on other managers, as well as the highly competent members of that staff (that are not management)

Advice to Senior Management – When people prove to repeatedly to be a detriment, let them go. Especially in regards to management. Everything flows from the top down.

Pros – Lots of paid training and management that cares about your development as a person. Great benefits and vacation package and discounts on hardware and software. Training is a top priorty and is worked into our schedule.

Cons – In a retail position the hours are bad. It is a physically demanding job as you are on your feet all day. And the downside of working for a company who cares is customers can really try to get all they can out of you even when you go above and beyond.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire more employees at a higher rate of pay so you will have less turnover and more competency. Talk more with all emplyees not just the ones that complain the loudest.

Cons – Pay not commensurate with ability

Advice to Senior Management – Please offer more incentives to employees, with regards to basic pay. They put in so much for Apple. Their efforts should be recognized.

Pros – Be a part of a company that's leading the technology sector! People take you seriously as an intern, and they pay you like it!

Cons – This is a corporate job, which means that you will be working in a cubicle by yourself for 8 hours per day.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you're doing! Great programs for the interns, I really like that you don't have to be an MBA student to get taken seriously
