I worked at Applied Information Sciences full-time for more than a year

Out of the half dozen former employees I know none would ever consider AIS as an employer, partner or client. They have some bright people there but they are all burned out by terrible program managers and executives.

The main problem is that The "leaders" are self serving egotistical amateurs. The executives don't know how to correct this and this has created a very hostile working environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look over your staffing. You have a lot of incompetent people willing to destroy all your hard work
