    Pros

Very relaxed company with great benefits. There is plenty of opportunity to move around within the company as well as opportunity for advancement. The people are great and are very diverse in most ways.

    Cons

Most employees are over 40, so there are very few young faces. There is very little training and the campus is located right next to a landfill. It's very easy for your work-life balance to weigh in favor of work.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see more young people working there and some sort of training implemented.

    Pros

learned a lot about excel, fair amount of work to do each day, the hours were pretty decent and generally just a Monday-Friday work week

    Cons

kind of a lonely work environment, not a super organized internship program, should have been more opportunities to get to know co-workers

    Advice to Management

    more engaging internship.
