    Pros

Company is very solid and growing fast. High quality, American made products. Corporate "values" and ethics were a big reason I joined. Heavy emphasis on doing the right thing in healthcare and for customers, not just making about making a profit. No job or company is perfect but I have to say I have never worked for a company where there is so much mutual respect and engagement from the CEO down.

    Cons

A couple of the benefits could be improved. Not so much "negative" but company will have to make major adjustments ahead of what is likely to be a very fast period of growth. Should be a LOT of opportunity but certain "growing pains" to go along with it.

    Pros

Okay place to get some starting experience, people are friendly, clean and neat environment. Organized structure. They keep all manufacturing in US.

    Cons

Owners and HR are cheap. They keep a lot of the money to themselves I don't doubt they deserve some of it but people need to make a living too. Raises not given much if any. Politics. Buy new buildings left and right and spend money renovating but can't supposedly give employees raises. Favoritism and nepotism exist. Not really after employee retention whether the economy is good or bad. They lowball people. Wouldnt be surprised if insiders are bumping up ratings on glass door. Cross training people and give them more work because others are leaving. Get promoted to manager but no pay increase. They do certain things that are a waste of time just because that's the way their system is setup. People will try to stop others from progressing. Probably buying lot of buildings because one of the investors wanted more money and they want to deflate profit margins. Make you sign a form basically says you'll accept so called bonus check, and won't sue company if you've been discriminated against.

    Advice to Management

I don't think they'll change their ways with regards to employee retention and pay that's their mentality. What goes around comes around.

-They invest in your training and allow you to travel often
-Overall, all team members are friendly and willing to teach

    Cons

The company is run by family members so you have to tip toe and be cautious of truly speaking your mind about the company and products. Also, the turnover rate is pretty high because the salaries are not competitive.

    Pros

Positive working environment, career advancement opportunities, opportunities to get hands on exp in a wide array of manufacturing processes

    Cons

Compensation, lots of paperwork, difficult to use PLM system used.

    Advice to Management

Pay the cream before they leave. Retention of the cream will result in better product development as experience is gained. High turn over rate of the cream hinders device design from reaching its potential. New Product developed by R&D that gets production released should have significant Development/improvement work done following field feedback that can only be obtained through mass use of the device. The device development process as it is now does not cater towards giving much effort towards a quick second generation improvement. Rather, focus is shifted towards cost savings. Cost savings is great, but with that as the goal so soon, device quality and performance potential is hindered. Cost savings should be focused on following second generational improvements.
