Pros – Management was good in terms of flexibility. People there are multi-taskers, hard workers and very smart in general.
Cons – The way projects are billed encourages and fosters abuse by department heads and project managers upon their subordinates. i.e. If a consultant over-promises a client, the consultant will rarely take blame; they will bargain with other managers to squeeze their workers into ridiculous hours. Usually a scape-goat will be designated to take the fall for two or three projects and then is promptly let go.The entire system is broken in terms of employee satisfaction but is great for client deliverables and client satisfaction..
Managment is super cheap (like 0$) on continuing education.
Advice to Senior Management – All management is aware of the problems listed but if the client is happy it's not an issue for them.
