“Watch out for lay-offs!”

Pros

The best reason to work there are the people. Most are very nice, helpful and hard working. Also for the very casual atmosphere. And they have a very good self-taught online training network that teaches you all aspects of their business from customer service procedures to product line overviews to government policies.

Cons

A terribly outdated computer system and an inefficient and complicated cash posting system. Also, very little basic facts and procedures about insurance payors for new employees. You basically have to find out everything for yourself and you have to keep asking question after question which most could have been answered by having cheat sheets and billing guides.

Advice to Senior Management

Do not hire new employees if you were planning on having massive lay-offs in the near future!
