    Inconsistent Managers, Certain environments can be divisive, Needs to be more of a cohesive team atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to feedback from employees. Always have an open-door policy with employees. Bullying or embarrassing employees in front of others should never be tolerated.

    Pros

    To deliver patients oxygen and seeing there smile on there face when there oxygen arrived is priceless.

    Cons

    The heavy routing on one driver. The heavy add ons on one driver while other drivers have a light route. This happens every day

    Advice to Management

    LCE needs alot of improvement with knowing orders have been done already. They need to be more fair with the heavy routing in distributing add ons

    Pros

    It is a very relaxed work atmosphere. Casual dress makes for a comfortable work environment. Overall, IT organization allows for individual contribution. Management is very technical and has a great deal of tribal knowledge. Technical teams are highly skilled. Good place to work.

    Cons

    Lack of documented processes. Lack of fully defined project outcomes. Management gives verbal project requirements without providing documented detailed desired outcomes. No processes for Problem Management. No documented list of technical resource names, contact information for respective areas of expertise. Sink or Swim for newcomers.

    Advice to Management

    Develop documented processes. Document project deliverables and desired outcomes. Document IT technical team by area of expertise. Provide new-hire with startup mentor.
