    Pros

other than money and fairly decent benes, there are not many. some people are very nice but watch out for the butt kissers, they will back stab you to get ahead.

    Cons

this goes to BEST company to work for ever..LOL are you kidding me, we have the highest turn over ratio ive ever seen. management doesn't give a dam about you or me, only their precious numbers. not sure how long you have been here but they need to drug test you. ask all the 150 employees would you leave if you could? you will have about 6 left.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

start caring about your employees not just the ones you like. your favoritism makes us sick

    Pros

    independent, professional medical sales.

    Cons

Training and education is left up to you. There is no support from upper management. Branch and sales are separate but yet are supposed to work together even though branch manager could care less about you even though you are making your numbers. The ASM, what a joke if you want any support, forget about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Patient care should be the number one priority, that is why we are in the healthcare field but Apria doesn't care, discuss, or want you to be concerned about the individual patient. There is no team, liaisons make the relationships and maintain the hospitals while the sales reps bank off of them. Apria has a very bad reputation amongst doctors and hospital staff.

Pay and benefits good prior to sell out.

    Cons

Back stabbing, lack of knowledgeable manager, patient care went down hill after company purchased by Blackstone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees that really run the business at local levels.

    Pros

decent pay and benefits (except high deductibles good dental ) no real pay raise unless you think 1% is good

    Cons

You are just a number in productivity. LAYOFFS LAYOFFS LAYOFFS no one is safe. They laid off seasoned employees and managers and hired from the outside or people from different department who have no history doing their current jobs. They have no clue what they are doing. its a revolving door.

    Pros

working for the health of the community

    Cons

management always changing, no continuity in policy, insuffienct training, no raises, corporate restructuring - on going for last 4 years, creates confusion and no reporting structures.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

streamline, value your local employees, give raises, use real world processes instead of computer analysis

    Pros

The people we work with in our building are great as far as our cube mates and peers. Its a fast pasted moving enviornment where there is alot of work to keep you busy and help the time go by. Its a rewarding job that leaves you feeling like you really made a difference at the end of the day when you go home. It pays relatively well when compared to other jobs I have had in the past.

    Cons

Training could be stronger and more relivant to 'real life' once you come out of training. The changes are never ending, however, that comes naturally when working in an ever changing, developing, and growing healthcare industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Listen More Openly
-Think about how changes are going to impact workflow
-Ask yourself what you can do to stop turnover
-Spend time developing stronger leaders that already know the company vs. hiring from outside companies that do not know the business or work that is being done.

    Pros

Good pay. Benefits are good too. Enjoyed working with peers. Management was good but always sometimes could not help orders that was handed down to them.

    Cons

Overworked. Expected to do more than one can handle. Not enough employees so it was hard to get off a week for vacation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
