    Pros

    flexible schedule
    Interesting variety of projects
    Solid salary
    Standard benefits
    Wonderful, intelligent, capable colleagues
Access to valuable connections to the industry

    Cons

    No communication from leadership
No strategy or vision for company service offerings
Little collaboration with other departments (very silo'd)
Low morale among employees (on shore and offshore)

    Advice to Management

Let your employees know what's going on, or you'll see many resignations within the next few months. Don't keep us in the dark

    Pros

    - if you're a fresher, there's something to learn. Else, you're just wasting your time and talent.
    - If you are based on Pune/Trivandrum, then there are not many companies that you can apply for. So are most people who work here. They're here not because the company's good, but because there is no really good option in these cities.

    Cons

    - Managed by people who have no vision
    - Lots of petty office politics with senior management
    - Unprofessional approach by HR. The do not give you the full picture of the job and remuneration until you've relocated. Then they add several clauses to it.
    - Employability of people who have had a stint at this company is very low - because the market knows the type of work done by this company
    - Distrusts its employees and even snoops into their personal activities

    Advice to Management

Treat people just as how you'd want people to treat you

    Pros

The Los Angeles office is located right across the street from a public library that you can visit during lunch to look for a job somewhere else, or if you feel like taking a walk there is a park across the street too.

    Cons

Unprofessional and immature conduct from some people in middle management. Many talented individuals in the U.S. and India have left the company for work elsewhere. Incredibly high turnover rate in India, yet management is moving more and more jobs out of the United States to India. The Los Angeles office is located in a really lousy location in Commerce, CA.

    Advice to Management

Concentrate more on caring for employees and keeping jobs in the U.S. offices.

    Pros

I joined the LPO Team as a Content Writer and worked there for almost 2 years. Initially there's not much work to do as the number of pages that you handle will be less. You require strong knowledge in Reported Speech to excel here.

    Cons

Doing the same thing over and over and over will make you really bored. There's no real challenge in the LPO team except the occasional scares of quality audit and page ratio. Make sure you do something creative outside work to keep yourself sane and free from the boredom.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing much

    Pros

    Name Which is historical now
    Only Name
    Salary paid in time

    Cons

    Many
*Poor Leadership which is intellectually and mentally bankrupt
    *Zero Work Life Balance
*Poor Basic Infrastructure for working of competent employees
    *Bureaucracy of the highest level
    *Silent backstabbing
    *No Scope Of Growth
*Junior employees are expected to be treated like dogs
*Misfits leading the show and are not interested in learning or adapting to new ideas
    *Highly Arrogant Senior Leadership
*Senior leaders leading the floor are pathetically laid back

    Advice to Management

As great Napolean once said that if you send dogs to lead lions no one will survive, but if you send a lion to lead lions and dogs all will be taken care off. Look for people who are disruptive and not ball lickers. If you want to lose your investments then life is all about choices.

    Pros

You will be in a high pressure work environment with very demanding clients, which will relly bring the best out of you.

    Cons

Due to bad work culture, you wont find good talent to join your team, there is very poor rewards and recognition concept, and very unhealthy working conditions. To cite and example, while people were working, their chairs will break and they will fall on the floor!!

And this was on an average of 2-3 people PER DAY!

    Advice to Management

Employees are NOT your slaves! Stop treating them like that.
