Pros – This is a good company for entry level engineers in chemical engineering field to learn the day-to-day work of being a practicing chemical/process engineer. Being a small to mid-sized company, they put you right into the spot and current on-going projects. Most of the learning process come from working on the job itself. Strong interaction and communication relationship with clients are needed for senior engineers. Travel for various project sites and meeting is a big plus on this job.

Cons – Waste Water Treatment Industry seems to be a pretty niche industry which means the career path could be a limitation in the future.
Compensation is slightly lower compared to other major engineering firms.

Advice to Senior Management – Good communications with lower level employees and keep up this culture as the company expands in the future. Consider and implement better benefits for continuing professional development for staff
