Current Employee - HVAC Engineer/CAC Technical Support Engineer in Istanbul (Turkey)

I have been working at Arçelik full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The firm's corporate idendity and know-how encourages you to stay focused on your job title's responsibilities. As far as the company has its own job-culture,you'll never have to worry about financial government crisises, social rights you own as an employee.Your payment is always on time never even 1 day later. The company has sufficient procedures for its employees to make them reach its cumulative know-how.

    Cons

You career purposes are rarely paid attention or managed at Arçelik A.?.After years of working you can remain the same job title even you're encouraged for your success. The company launches performance consideration system for your salary increase but it's not reliable.Even after a succeeding year of performance you may remain at low salary amounts.Your success is awarded orally by the seniors but regarding the rise in salary, company policies are declared for the low increases in salary.Succeeding employee is never awarded by the performance consideration system, all employees share the amount of rise instead. The company declares its corporate identity all all times but this identity becomes the first obstacle at the speed of your problem solving capability.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As for Arçelik A.? , individual successes should be managed.Insufficient career management should also be carried out.
