I worked at Arçelik as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

It is one of the strongest companies in the consumer electronics sector in Turkey and the expereince I obtained is unique in the TV production facility of Arcelik. The trainings and the tasks for its employees are highly satisfactory.

    Cons

The office culture is like the all other companies but the problem is long meetings reduce the time spent in production floor and this causes a challenge between blue and white collar employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There can be more interactions between the employees so that the harmony level may increase.
