Good name, show stability during the last financial crises , unlike other bank in the region Arab bank does not need any support from the goverment
- its good to work with a bank with offices all over the world

Cons

- the bank lacks cultural diversity
- despite the succes this bank had in the mideast region , this bank is hardly known in the GCC

Advice to Senior Management

- need to invest more in employee training
- cultural diversification is required
- try to offer at least same bank services offered by other bank in the GCC

Pros

Strong work experience with multi consumer products and services

Personal more than professional approach to work
