    Pros

Very nice supervisors, good work environment, flexible hours

    Cons

If an employee needs to call in or talk to a supervisor, it doesn't always happen due to office hours.

    Advice to Management

Personal (emergency only) contact info for supervisors would be great

    Pros

close to home, close to places downtown, close to lightrail, serving the community, most people that work here are good to work with. the school does a good job with try to make working here enjoyable.

    Cons

some students are difficult to work with, some people in the building are difficult to work with, windowless offices.

    Advice to Management

stop being afraid of what deans or other "higher authority" figures would say. make more positive changes for your employees.
