Pros
Work your business around your family! Unlimited income potential! Incredible upline support! Freedom to bring my children with me! I have the unique opportunity to introduce people to products that literally change their bodies and their lives. I love my job!!
Cons
Make sure you are in touch with a good upline so that you receive good training. Learn how to properly set boundaries for home life vs work time.
Pros
Positive culture. great products. The Home Office is very communicative and helpful in answering questions. Website resources for learning are amazing.
Cons
Running your own business is challenging. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Pros
Flexible Schedule
Unlimited earning potential
Opportunity to help others with their Health & their Wealth every single day!
Cons
Samples could be more diverse and a bit more affordable.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to be innovators. Let's see more hair care products in the coming year, since you have Peter Matravers on the team.
Pros
If you work hard you can make money of one sale forever, easy to do via internet, good for moms
Cons
might lose some friends along the way
Advice to Senior Management
be honest
Pros
work for yourself, not by yourself
Cons
there are too many consultants.
Pros
Products are natural and consultants get great discounts
Cons
they make it to hard to get paid
Advice to Senior Management
You would have more consultants selling your products if you would make it worth it for them. It is extremely discouraging to hit a level and then have it taken away from you.
Pros
Freedom to work when I want and need to around my children's school and other activities without being a 'stay at home mom' job. The ability to control how much money I want to make. The ability to choose who I want to work with...a very positive supportive environment.
Cons
Time management and procrastination. You must be able to not abuse your own freedom by developing good time management skills.
Advice to Senior Management
Just keep doing what you're doing!
Pros
My supervisor was awesome & my co-workers
Cons
The late hours didn't work for me as a single parent.
Pros
Great employee product discount
Nice, friendly co-workers
Office close to Irvine Spectrum
Completely new executive team
Attempting to be innovative
Cons
Very few vacation days at the beginning
Very few paid holidays
Performance reviews and raises very, very late
No bonuses
Poor communication
Advice to Senior Management
Make a plan and stick to it. All the last minute changes are draining your employees and causing frustration and anger.
Pros
Employee Discounts and the great employees who have been there for years and know what is going on.
Cons
Performance is not recognised and decent raises are not existant. management has spent millions on a new website that does not work and continually lies to its consultants. The upper management is so lost and is one by one firing its employees who have been there for years and only has new employees who do not understand its business are leading the company into no where. There sales are back to what it was several years ago when an IT staff of six provided more support than there cureent staff of 50+ employees. They need to stop wasting there money and support there consultants.
Advice to Senior Management
listen to your employees who know what is going on and get back on track
