I worked at Arbonne International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    -Great co-workers
-Focused on employee well-being, especially in terms of being healthy
    -Product discounts
    -Health-oriented competitions

Working here can be good or bad depending on your department. Finance is definitely the best department to be in, accounting can be good depending on who you're under, and marketing is a disaster. High turnover in marketing due to poor leadership and terrible hires in senior/management marketing roles.

    Cons

    -Below average compensation
    -Weak 401k match
    -Lack of project managers
    -No real incentives

Has been steadily improving but there are still a lot of holes to plug. IT has been a huge problem but the new systems and testing should help completely fix that area, hopefully. Nothing really exciting to do outside of work (no fun employee events).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop pinching pennies and missing dollars. Overall the company is mediocre in terms of providing incentives or perks to its employees.

I worked at Arbonne International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The products really work. A lot of people work really hard to make things go well in the company.

    Cons

The CEO is hard to understand. She says a lot of things and none of them ever come true. I feel like she says things just to say them with no intention of doing them. When I worked there I felt like everyone was nervous about her.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Is there a board of directors? Can they be told to replace her?

I worked at Arbonne International part-time

    Pros

proud to represent this top of the line product in the DSA
management is focused on growth which benefits consultants
reputation in the Direct Selling Association is positive
They try to do right by their consultants

    Cons

Need to find consistent leadership and direction and stick with it. I think the leadership or at least the people who were "in charge" changed every 12 months. Even if the names stayed the same, the agendas seemed to change. Also corporate management is not very transparent. Seems closed off, almost secretive.

    Pros

It had lots of trainings, nice people

    Cons

Spent so much money! Had to talk in front of people, It was harder to build your business than they make it sound. And you didnt get paid off of what you sell, you get a % off of people under you and your upline makes money off of what you sell. And they never really mentioned that part.

I have been working at Arbonne International

    Pros

Excellent product that sells itself. Parties are so much fun to host. They are true to their slogan of Pure, safe and beneficial. Management loves to spoil the top producers. Great incentives.

    Cons

They say it's only $79 to start your business however, once you sign up they strongly encourage you to purchase a business builder kit. I ended up spending more money on product for my business than I made.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the business builder kits more affordable for consultants who want to do the business.
