Pros
The benefits the company gives are good and the building is very nice!
Cons
Salaries seem to be set for what the "male's" prefer as far as looks go. Better looking then you get better money! It is disguised as different jobs-different pay.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen in to everyone on the phone to see what employee's REALLY know Insurance. You will hear who gives correct information and who is giving fluffy answers like "all that stuff is covered!" What is STUFF? This is Insurance-you must know all the facts & research before opening your mouth! Also get a real dress code-no more than 3 inches above the knee for a skirt-4 inches of material between the collar & arm and LOOK PROFESSIONAL. If someone is inappropriate-those painted on clothes-send them home to change after 2x they get docked 1/2 vacation day for the time.
