    Pros

Good clinical training, some ability to run your business as you would like, products are good products and company does have a good focus helping patients. Great as a first time medical sales gig because it will give you a ton of experience and will likely be much harder than any other job like it.

    Cons

Extremely low pay compared to industry standard , and low commissions. Goals are very hard to achieve and when you do, they increase your goals so you can't make bonus. Products are very hard to sell because of poor coverage. Work-life balance is non-existent. Sales reps are expected to do significantly more than just sell, which means taking time on the nights and weekends to keep up with everything. No focus - Arbor wants you to do everything all at once. No respect for a life outside of work as trainings and meetings will easily start and end on weekends.

    Advice to Management

Find one or two things for reps to focus on instead of throwing everything at them at the same time. Pay your reps more so they're incentivized to stay, especially with everything expected of them. Respect employees personal lives by booking meetings and trainings during weekdays instead of weekends.

    Cons

Terrible pay relative to the industry, managers are promoted on sales numbers ONLY, not aptitude for managing others.

    Pros

For Pharma, its a relatively small company, which is nice.

    Cons

A lot is expected of TMs with very little reward. It's very unorganized and inconsistent with expectations.
