    It may be a good experience working with others,and connecting as a team and I may receive personal/financial benefits.

    The temperature may rise excessively when in cooking zone.

    Diverse environment company is dedicated to customer service always something new good job for starting out

    Rude customers horrible scheduling minimum wage bunch of kids hit and run management

    Pay more attention to those dealing with general managers on a regular basis like assistants as the gm's can make or break a store and the face regional and corporate management is shown is not the normal way things are handled

    I have been working at Arby's (More than a year)

    Pros

    A free meal each day for managers (so if you're strapped for cash this is helpful) Good experience in a management position. You get good hours if you work hard and make it known that you want to be there. Shift managers automatically get $9 an hour.

    Cons

    You're at a weird stage between team member and manager, so you get a ton of responsibilities. Unless you've REALLY made a good impression, raises are pitiful. Usually around .10. The pay cap is $10 for team members and shift managers (not sure about assistant managers?)

    Pros

    Phenomenal people and great culture. It is a great time to work for Arby's. The business is doing well, and the culture reflects this.

    Cons

    Leadership development opportunities and exposure to other departments are somewhat limited.

    Pros

    Under new executive leadership, Arby's is successfully experiencing year over year positive comparative sales growth. Much is attributed to a positive customer service culture throughout the organization plus menu and equipment innovation.

    Cons

    Pros

    One of the best benefits for me there was my boss, she was super cool, very helpful, and wouldn't ask you to do a thing she wouldn't do. She was by far the best boss I ever had.

    Cons

    They don't like to pay much until you become salary, but it was enough to live on. The atmosphere was great though.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to CORPORATE- Pay your employees, whom by the way do all the real work for that company, without them, what are you?

    Pros

    Fast environment so shift goes by quickly. Reasonable expectations of employees. Most of the time has a united family feel to it from management to crew.

    Cons

    Low Pay for the work being done. Not really a lot of opportunity to move up. Has a lot of corporate policies that interfere with doing tasks smoothly.
