    Pros

Corporate could not make up their mind about anything, General Management was Horrible, we had to Believe whatever a customer said even if we knew it was wrong, no cameras (major safety concern), Computer systems were horrible even after the update. Not that much pay.

    Cons

Vacation time was the average amount of hours that you worked for the year for shifts and lower, Shifts that ran the store were great, 50% off discount, flexible hours.

    Advice to Management

    Get their acts together.

    Pros

Fairly easy job, good people mostly, opportunities to advance, works with school schedule, upper management cares about employees.

    Cons

Some rude customers try to get free food a lot, coupons every quarter gets tiring, unbalanced schedule (night crew is almost always understaffed)

    Advice to Management

Don't tell someone to make the schedule, if you're just going to do it yourself. Allow more night shift hours for scheduling and stop with all the giveaways and coupons

    Pros

No drug test, they will work with your schedule school/ 2nd job. Most co-workers are nice, but slackers are paid the same as you.

    Cons

people that have worked there for 6+ years make the same as a kid fresh off the street. I have seen a lot of people come and go through those doors Managers have their favorites and they show it people getting preferred hours while hard workers get theirs cut to nothing guess it pays to be lazy as long as the boss likes to hangout and talk with you.

    Advice to Management

Don't tell the crew what you make for bonuses...hint your making them off OUR hard work and we can't get a raise...also a little praise goes a long way
