Pros
Easy atmosphere and the workers arent too busy to help you
Cons
The minimum wage this is getting to me a little bit. Thats about it.
Pros
Above average pay and great people, co-workers at corporate are all smart and competent, good location in new, modern building, good discount at restaurants.
Cons
Expensive medical, new owners don't care about the employees, not much room for growth in some departments
Advice to Senior Management
Recent layoffs murdered morale and are making us still there miserable, the new owners decided to run a lean organization and I wouldn't be surprised if they sell in a year or two
Pros
Flexible hours.
Limited responsibility.
Fun environment.
Decent Pay
Cons
Its fast food, no future...
Dirty work...
Not challenging..
Advice to Senior Management
Make bigger sandwiches... Recognize employees that have a future and support it more...
Pros
I make a few bucks more a hour than others with my same title which is rare for this type job matter fact im the only cashier to make this much
Cons
some of the managers are really rude and dont know how to treat others including the customers and its sad
Advice to Senior Management
you need to do a better job with the selection process for higher up managers some are rude some are just plan dumb and clueless
Pros

Advice to Senior Management
Stop being so cheap
Pros
Above average compensation package.
Good group of store level managers.
Cons
Very unfair in handeling of management.
Poor communication from Director and Supervisory roles,
Extreme favoritism.
Poor training program.
Pros
Nice hours, nice crew, management was understanding, many students, young people, patient people, free lunch, uniforms, spiffy hat, cool equipment, easy clean up procedures, flexible schedules
Cons
I honestly can not think of any downsides to working at arbys, except for smelling like beef after work...well who hates smelling like roast beef??
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work and would love to work with you again in the future, Had a great time there and i miss the backline
Pros
Great people, and always opportunites to move up in the company. Have fun great peers and leadership, and make bonds that will last you a lifetime.
Cons
Pay compared to other resturants isn't that great, but can you better the more you move up in company. Hours are not great working 48+ every week, also can be very late hours into the morning.
Advice to Senior Management
Paying people more would be a great start, lots of fast food chains pay more than Arby's. Also take feedback from store managers on how things could be improved on a in store level.
Pros
salary was ok. Benifits were great. Was a franchise at a travel stop. Most prep of food was easy not intese.
Cons
open 24 hrs had to work too much
Advice to Senior Management
improve training
Pros
teamwork based, every person has to contribute to the overall whole. generally, managers are nice and accommodating when it comes to request-offs
Cons
Hourly pay is not the best. Management doesn't even get paid much. Sometimes it is stressful when it is busy.
Advice to Senior Management
Offer more career advancements to those who want them. Have more meetings regularly. Allow employees who want more hours the hours they deserve
