    Pros

The pay, earned $8,000 in raises in one year! Benefits, health, dental, vision, life insurance available to all salaried management. Retirement (401 K) offered to everyone including crew members. Supervisor has an always there for you demeanor. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day both paid holidays for Salaried Management.

    Cons

Something is always changing, can become stressfull. It seems like at times the focus is taken away from operations and put into paprework. Must cross your T's and dot your I's and at times I feel like that has beome more important than taking care of my customers. It feels like upper management sits at a desk all day trying to find things to give us to do without taking into consideration that we have customers, employees and vendors to take care of and restaurants to run.

    Advice to Management

Let us take care of our customers and run our stores and stop shoving paperwork down our throats. We are restaurant managers. It isn't fair that everytime somone gets promoted in upper management ie: VP that we in store get thrown a new set of rules, kind of feels like a dog marking its territory. l

    Pros

70% off on food even when not working! Busy, so time goes by quickly. Locally owned, so you can talk to manangement/owners. Some managers treat you real good. Not open too late. Weekly pay.

    Cons

Pay starts at minimum wage, but you can earn more if you work hard and show up. You're on your feet a lot. Take a shower when you get off work.

    Advice to Management

If I'm doing a good job, let me know. Evaluate me and let me know how I'm doing. Or, just tell me daily.

    Pros

I enjoy working for the company because of the people that I work with. My management team is really easy to work with and have been there for me when I needed them even if it was not work related.

    Cons

Overall, working for Arbys has been a positive experience for me. With that being said, I am a college student and a lot of times it is hard to deal with customers who treat you as if you're a high school dropout that doesn't know anything.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Easy to move up Great people Great upper management

    Cons

Strict on systems management (Paperwork, following hourly rounds)

    Advice to Management

The better you do your job, the easier it is to move up Be friendly with the upper management, its all about establishing relationships with them Show that you want to move up, if they see that you really want it, they will more than likely give you a higher position. I have seen people move up from GMs to supervisors in a matter of months.
