    Pros

I worked for Arby's for years. I liked having a flexible schedule because I've children. Management is easy to get along with.

    Cons

The only thing I did not like is working night shifts. Most nights, the shift ends at 10:00. After cleaning, stocking and completing paper, you leave between 11-11:30.

    Pros

Flexible hours, great coworkers. and the managers are nice as well. A great job for someone in high school or college.

    Cons

Minumum wage job with little opportunity to advance. No chance of a raise or not for the year and 3 months I worked there. Poor business equals people getting sent home after working 1 hour of their shift.
