Pros
Large, international client list. Interesting projects with the potential to do great work. Very talented coworkers without the ultra-competitive environment you get at other agencies.
Cons
In one word I would describe working at Arc Worldwide as demoralizing. Low pay. Poor and uncommunicative management with little to no respect for work-life balance. Low morale. No opportunities for career advancement.
Advice to Senior Management
Hold yourself to the same standards that you expect of your employees. Respect lower level employees and give them a reason to try harder. Put some effort into creating a satisfying work environment and provide opportunities for career advancement.
Pros
The client list is phenomenal, the talent is unmatched and experienced, the work environment is fun, relaxed, and conducive to creative thinking, there are sufficient opportunities for your work to be seen, and their affiliation with Leo Burnett Advertising is an absolute leg up on the competition as well as being an invaluable resource for talent and ideas.
Cons
I have yet to experience any downsides. I'm sure Arc is similar to other Digital and Advertising agencies where you're expected to log more than your typical 40 hour work week to get things done...but like I said, that's pretty typical. If you want a normal 9-5, don't work in advertising.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work.

Cons
Hours, hours, hours..... Mangement at the time was awful, little people management skills and no respect for work life balance. needed to be totally dedicated to the job - and willing for it to make you ill.
Advice to Senior Management
Value the contribution of staff at all levels - capitalise on great team spirit and leverage that at the most senior levels within the company.
