Pros
Excellent learning and mentoring environment
Work / life balance emphasised
Management concentrates on getting resources to staff
Cons
Growing pains of a young-ish company still working out its direction
Career development limited
Advice to Senior Management
Communicating development strategy needs work, but overall comms good. Resources a bit limited and hopefully will grow as the company grows. Good focus on staff development and work / life balance.
