Pros
Good relationship between department employees and their direct managers.
Ability to move horizontally within the company.
Benefits package is very generous.
Montly luncheons and weekly breakfasts make for good employee bonding.
Reponsive HR department.
CEO is extremely friendly and respectful towards employees.
Business casual attire and good company culture where everyone seems to get along and like to have lunches together.
Cons
Some departments are not stable due to constant reshuffling/reorganizing of staff. Hopefully, they will work that out.
Not much ethnic diversity. 90% of the demographic is Chinese.
Few people are riding on a high horse.
Departments are segregated and don't like to collaborate with one another.
Customer service lines are always overflowing.
Advice to Senior Management
Teach departments the meaning of teamwork by encouraging them to work with other departments. Break down the walls.
Hire more people to take customer service calls.
Encourage higher learning to strengthen the knowledge of your workforce.

Business ethics needs a refresher. Professionalism should extend to employees as well as clients otherwise valuable employees will continue to drop like flies.

Benefit is about ok, the total comp. is not very competitive in comparison with other simliar size start ups.
