Cons – they lie on you if you don't do jobs they want you to even though you have the choice

Cons – Minimal cons, though they will try to get you to pick up as many shifts as you are willing.

Advice to Senior Management – Great job guys, wonderful place to work for, I was very sad I had to leave and appreciated your support.

Advice to Senior Management – Commit to what you're good at. Get senior management in place that knows core business. Get feedback from people doing the actual work. Lead with trust rather than fear.
