    Pros

Great store staff, Good employee plans through Sprint. Some good contests through Sprint rewards. Flexible schedule for sales staff, not management.

    Cons

Long Holiday hours - 60 + mandatory. As a Location Manager you have zero input on sales staff hired. 61% increase for YOY goals. Really!!! To many carrots.
False Hiring - Hired for one position then asked to work a lower position for 30 day training with no intent for quick promotion. Stores need remodel.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect. Do what you tell them your going to do. Empowerment will go a long way.

    Pros

Discount on accessories and absolutely nothing else

    Cons

Upper management, training, no structure, no rules or guidelines, could care less about employees

    Advice to Management

Get out in the market and visit your stores. Your district manager team is horrible. Your training is horrible.

  7. Terrible company, awful management

    I worked at Arch Telecom

    Pros

Sprint monthly dealer line and also discount on accessories. It's not a lot of pros but you can try to make the best out of your Time here. It's not a career, it's a job with this company.

    Cons

Upper management, pay, lies, the company steals from your own pay check. They are always making mistakes on commissions and bonus. They always fire and replace people for often minor small mistakes. They are NO support or recognition from DM and above.

    Advice to Management

TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE PEOPLE, not useless rag dolls! REPLACE YOUR "OFFICE" STAFF TOO! Operations and other areas are USELESS!

    Pros

Easy job to land, basic work, training is straightforward, small stores.

    Cons

Commission structures suck completely, if customers don't pay their bill, you lose commission accrued, and if a certain percentage of sales miss their bills, you lose all commission, which is the main check since it's minimum wage. Fraud happens at all levels and sometimes it can seem like a perfect transaction, but that doesn't matter. Month into my job 4 people were fired for first time offenses, 2 others quit because of horrible policies, it's a revolving door for hires.

    Advice to Management

Fix your structures, provide better communication on transactions and policies instead if firing people for first time offenses.

    Pros

Large company with a small company feel. No red tape or long decisions. Those who perform well get rewarded well. Sprint has a ton of promotions that makes selling easier than ever. Sprint is very aggressive.

    Cons

No 401k. No other cons really

    Advice to Management

Continue the growth trend and utilize our people to continue to build the company.

    Pros

Sprint Rewards me? A pay check and you know the dirty secrets about the wireless industry thats it pretty much

    Cons

The fact that they use crappy AT&T as the internet provider for starters, the connection doesnt not stay up long enought to help anyone, shady practices. No 401 or PTO MINUMUM WAGE, over worked employees and managers for the same terrible pay. LIES LIES LIES

    Advice to Management

    Cons

    Shady company.
They hire managers that don't know what they are doing.
    Lazy managers.
    They only care about favorites.
    Low pay
    Low commission
High decay means no commission check
    Encourage fraud
Tablets home phones ( emerging products ) they want you to scam people into getting them even if it will result in a return.
If you get a return manager never back you up
    Shady shady shady

    Advice to Management

Pay better, commission structure is horrible. Pick more knowledgeable managers. Stop playing the favorite gave.
