I have been working at Archirodon (Greece) full-time

    Pros

    Good environment to learn work

Policies for providing fringe benefits and salaries to the employees should be reconsidered as the current method is actually branding people based on their nationality.

Good place to work if you are a British or Greek even if you are not properly qualified.
Better salary package and incentives and benefits for European employees and their families.
    Relaxed / homely work environment.

    Cons

People graded on basis of their nationality and race not on ability or qualification.Asians given the lowest grade.Filipinos , Indians, Pakistanis have to wait to around 15-20 years to be in a commendable position or better grade.
Less or no benefits to professionals with Asian race whereas Europeans enjoy all facilities even if their are very low qualified.
Not a good place for Asian professionals who are in mid career stage as they would be given less privileges like not so good food and labor like accommodation(accommodation selected based on the cheapest available).
People always on the lookout for new job.
long work hours( Asians are supposed to be in office at correct time whereas the Europeans with higher grades come and leave when they please)-11 hours and one day off

Grade people based on their qualification not color.
    Follow ims.
People(Asians) are willing to do the 11 hours happily if they will be properly rewarded
