One of the best places to work

    Associate (Current Employee)
    Irving, TX

ProsTechnology, there are different options and always a scope to expand our skill set. People, they are friendly, welcoming and make you feel as if you are working with them for a long time. Management, they maintain good relations. Cross department interaction is more. Traning opportuniities are plenty and you get to participate in lot of networking and team building activities. You end up looking forward for the next day..

ConsMicromanagement of the team, and less opportunites to grow under Archon Belt. Bonus and performance are not correlated.Though the training opportunities are plenty, many are not aware.

    Great Company, Business is dying

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Irving, TX

ProsGreat name, Goldman sachs. Great Benefits

ConsThey say that they reward loyalties of employees who stay with them, but you find out that your peers who just started with the company are making "market" and that usually means more than what you are making.

    Decent pay but boring

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Irving, TX

ProsGreat benefits and flexible work/life balance depending on which group you are in. Central metroplex location. Very casual work environment.

ConsToo many people and not enough work makes for a long day. Also it appears to take years to get promoted. And I'm not talking about a 2-3 but 7-10 or longer.

Advice to Senior ManagementRe-allocate the work load. There are too many people at middle management positions and it is very difficult to find work to stay busy most days.
