    Pros

Technology, there are different options and always a scope to expand our skill set. People, they are friendly, welcoming and make you feel as if you are working with them for a long time. Management, they maintain good relations. Cross department interaction is more. Traning opportuniities are plenty and you get to participate in lot of networking and team building activities. You end up looking forward for the next day..

Micromanagement of the team, and less opportunites to grow under Archon Belt. Bonus and performance are not correlated.Though the training opportunities are plenty, many are not aware.
