I have been working at Archway Sales

    Pros

Highly experienced sales force; Value on competency; good industry reputation. Interested in some technology applications. Committed to growth.

    Cons

Task focused, whats in it for me, misapplied competing values frame work. Often a gut instincts company; Not a coaching oriented company. Developing new ideas can be challenging as more time is focused on surviving day to day grind

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Competing values does not exclude team work and shared knowledge and/or effort for increased outcomes/efficiency. Sometimes coaching attitudes are good.
