Pros

The people are friendly for the most part. Minimal structure means you have a lot of free time on your hands. Casual dress code.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement. Pay is well below industry standard. Seems like everyone in a management position is related. Rarely give positive or negative feedback.

Advice to Senior Management

Talk to your employees about what they want improved. Create policies for the company so management can't just create rules as they go along.

Pros

you can get over time and you do get a good work out and you do get free ice when you work there

they like to push you to work over time but then say you cant be doing that much need to cut back then when you do thay tell you not to

keep the hard workers working and get rid of the ones that dont the ones that mack the comp. money are the ones you want to work not the ones that keep hours down

Pros

Independent driving with little supervision. Ability to make alot of overtime within the seasonal window and then you get to move on.

Cons

Seasonal drivers are just workdogs. Poor communication, abysmal routing efficiency, bad customer service results in employee frustration. Equipment is subpar and in short supply creating employee infighting.

Advice to Senior Management

Listening to peeps in the field regarding customer needs would increase revenue. Ditch the software designed for Pepsi; ice products far more volatile and subject to weather factors compared to soda products.
