    Arcturis' has a great culture and work life balance but lack of leadership awareness and respect.

    ProsThe great people who work at Arcturis is the best reason to work there.

    ConsLeadership does not recognize employees abilities and strengths and giving them opportunities to develop and grow. There is some favoritism played that can determine what projects you work on. A couple leaders manage by intimidation. Leaderships inability to recognize who is responsible for what aspects of projects.

    Advice to Senior ManagementDemocratic system determining who works on what projects. Giving employees opportunities to develop and grow. Determining individual strengths and talents and creating a plan in which the employee can exercise them. Addressing any issues immediately with employees. Recognizing and addressing favoritism and intimidation in upper management. Creating responsibility record on projects.
