Pros
It was a great atmosphere with great people. Room for growth as an employee. It's a manufacturing environment. Makes some really great products, and in the cutting edge of their field. The owner is a really great guy. Casual clothing attire.
Cons
They are a smaller company and sometimes grow faster than the business can support. The offices are not the best, could use a remodel and more professional environment as far as the work space is concerned.
Advice to Senior Management
They need to work on better management software and inventory program. And let go of under preforming employees.
