Pros – The company itself has lots of growth potencial. Some of the employees know where to take this company and make it rise from where it's at.
Cons – The Human Resources Manager has no sence of Leadership, Communication, management, respect, being able to keep things confidential, worst employee of all I would say!!
Advice to Senior Management – The only thing that upper management has to do is get someone who knows what they are doing in the HR Department... this will avoid MAJOR!!! lawsuits.

Pros – Everyone at work is very nice, work atmosphere is very relaxed and not micro-managed
Cons – The management team does not manage. They worry about their own workload and don't give clear direction to the employees they are in charge of.
The company itself is extremely unorganized and there is no real set of responsibilities for any employee (they will throw different responsibilities at you depending on what they need).
HR will fire or lay people of without replacing or assigning that person's responsibilities to someone else, so things go un-done. Everyone is out looking for themselves and it doesnt give a chance to work as a team.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire an HR Director that has studied Human Resources. Don't play favorites and be fair.
Also- fair time-lines for different projects will help in the success.
