    Pros

    The company offers a lot of opportunities to succeed within your department offering you better positions as they see you improving. It is a great company to start working once you are in the beginning levels of your career, so it is the best place to start if you don't have experience since they prefer you do things their way.

    Cons

    The owners expect you to do more than 200% of your abilities. The company has no established management, everybody is your boss. Fast working environment, most of their work has to be done by yesterday. Unreasonable time request of work, most if not all the time, they will give you work 10 min before the end of your shift, making you stay 4 hours more to finish. No overtime pay. No days off for the extra time you worked. They don't even have a Human Resources. No compensation or benefits.

    Advice to Management

    They really need to focus on how to time manage a company. It is unfortunate that a good company does not have good management. They don't even have a Human Resources, they need to hire one.

    Pros

    Everyone at work is very nice, work atmosphere is very relaxed and not micro-managed

    Cons

    The management team does not manage. They worry about their own workload and don't give clear direction to the employees they are in charge of.
    The company itself is extremely unorganized and there is no real set of responsibilities for any employee (they will throw different responsibilities at you depending on what they need).

    HR will fire or lay people of without replacing or assigning that person's responsibilities to someone else, so things go un-done. Everyone is out looking for themselves and it doesnt give a chance to work as a team.

    Advice to Management

    Hire an HR Director that has studied Human Resources. Don't play favorites and be fair.
    Also- fair time-lines for different projects will help in the success.

    Pros

    The company itself has lots of growth potencial. Some of the employees know where to take this company and make it rise from where it's at.

    Cons

    The Human Resources Manager has no sence of Leadership, Communication, management, respect, being able to keep things confidential, worst employee of all I would say!!

    Advice to Management

    The only thing that upper management has to do is get someone who knows what they are doing in the HR Department... this will avoid MAJOR!!! lawsuits.
