Cons – Contract work is dependent on a third party.

Current Employee – been working at Arena Technical Resources
Pros – Good company to work for and give good rate on hourly basis on timely fashion.
Cons – Small company so projects are not in pipeline when the current project ends.
Advice to Senior Management – Please bring more contracts so that we can work for more government project.
