    I have been working at Argo Group full-time

    Pros

    Good pay if you are able to be promoted or change roles. Great benefits. Awesome HR team, however they are so overstretched. Offices are state of the art for the most part.

    Cons

    Live up to what you say about employees-if you are good at doing your job-that is not enough, however it shoudl be for at least cost of living increases.

    Advice to Management

    Upgrade managers in many units-people don't change and training won't help with many-find out more from employees and give them a confidential way of ensuring they can share the shortcomings.

    Pros

    Great coworkers Beautiful offices Good benefits with an incredible employee referral bonus Upper management gives a lot of freedom to business units to create their own atmosphere

    Cons

    Slow implementation of new practices Too little regulation of employee relations guidelines. Managers are give a lot of freedom, which can be great with great managers and detrimental with not so great managers.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on employee development.

    Amaller company which makes it easy to navigate. Competitive benefits.

    Many small divisions due to acquisitions which are branded differently.
