Pros

Freedom in working and opportunity for development, Option wo work across verticals and differnt industries.
Interaction with the top management of the clients.
One gets to analyse and focus on the key spends accross the entire spend portfolio of the client.
Greater management responsibility and excellent and progressive procurement tools and process to manage.
Excellent work culture.

Cons

Not a very recognized brand name in Consulting like Mckinsey, Accenture etc.
lack of focus on bottomlines for most of the progressice companies makes it a challenge to target many potential organizations.
Too much travel, totally dependent on the client locations and project requirements.

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on increasing presence in Asia
