Pros – good work culture, no dress code, reasonable HR policies, compensation is industry average for telecom but telecom compensation as such is higher than mainstream IT compensation.

Cons – Extremely niche work in telecom. Quality of work depends drastically on your project. On-site opportunities are there but not too many. Expect 1 onsite in 2-3 years. Duration between promotions has gone up over the years.
