Pros
No hard timings or attendance, Completion of work efficiently is the only priority.
Free work culture. Good ambiance.
Good management.
Cons
Slogging is required if project demands it.
In gurgaon, Buildings are distributed in a span of around 1.5km and thus wastage of time in traveling.
Pros
*Very Good Growth if you are planning to stay for a long time.
*People around you will be helpful, I am talking about the majority
*Trips, Parties occur frequently for the joy of employees
* Also Aricent is a good brand name to work with
Overall a very nice company to work with
Cons
*Sometimes during the submission of project on which u 'l b working, u may have to give much time.
* From Some projects you may not learn much (not of much concern)
Pros
1. Focus towards employee welfare is increasing - steps like modelling compensation to save taxes, free evening snacks etc are being taken up.
2. Initiatives are being taken so that business increases - this also gives more opportunity to the employees
Cons
1. Good performance is not always appreciated (as much as it should be) - process of performance and compensation management needs to be better
2. Some policies are not that employee friendly - though this is slowly changing
3. Average compensation could be a bit better
4. Career progression of employees should be planned better
Advice to Senior Management
1. Performance and Compensation management process should be reviewed and made more employee friendly
2. Incentive Policy should be reviewed so that employees get what they deserve - this should not be used as a retention tool.
Pros
Exposure and experience with telecommunication domain
Cons
Balance between personal life and professional life, compensation, HR policies
Advice to Senior Management
The policies against employees are very rigid. The work culture must be corrected asap. Need to change as per the need like Agile.
Pros
It gives good start to freshers in terms of salary as compared to other organizations and flexible working timings also, so you can manage your time well
Cons
Working mostly in telecommunication domain, some employees want to work in financial domain because they tend to have more interest in that
Advice to Senior Management
Get some projects in finance domain as well, and give the employees more freedom to take vacations and work more on rest of the days
Pros
Good projects.
Expertise in focussed areas.
Nice people.
Cons
Very high attrition. People you take time to know will have moved on before you even get to know them.
No avenues for financial or professional growth.
Minimal employee facilities.
Advice to Senior Management
Get your act straight.
Pros
Some very good manager
Good quality work
Only company in networking domain in north india
Fairly Open culture
No fixed timings
Employee Assistance Program - where expert couselling is provided free of cost to employee and family
good insurance policy
Cons
Bad appraisal system (based on tenures and luck)
Pay is less as compared to industry
Advice to Senior Management
Make salaries comparable and change performance review into a continuous process instead of taking snapshot view at end of year

Cons

not much salary
Advice to Senior Management
