Pros
Good collegues and good infrastructure. Good product line and innovative ideas.
Lots to learn if you are beginer. Training courses and facility is nice.
Cons
Lost its focus and direction due to lack of vision from senior management. HR can not control attrition. Global business focus is missing
Advice to Senior Management
Provide focus and direction, integration and vision is needed. Focus on employee retention and long term relationships for the employees
Pros
Decent benefits
Good Holiday schedule
Vacation time is comparable
Decent bonus structure
Differentiation through its design firm (frog design)
Cons
Upper management is severely incompetent. There is constant in-fighting among the executive team. Most are too concerned with making money by bringing the company public, despite the fact that it is not ready.
Finger-pointing is the name of the game here. The concept of ACCOUNTABILITY is absent among 80% of the company. Highly political - incompetent employees get promoted if aligned with the 'right' manager.
Internal communication is dismal. Morale is very low. Work/life balance is non-existent. Cheap doesn't even begin to describe it.
Processes are old and a nightmare to change. Real talent, when hired, tends to burn out quickly.
Even KKR makes mistakes, and Aricent is one of them.
Advice to Senior Management
Make ACCOUNTABILITY & INTEGRITY your priority.
Pros
-Decent pay
-Good vacation/holidays
-Decent time/off
Cons
-working with incompetent teams overseas
-horrible management
-horrible politics
-cheap, cheap, cheap
Advice to Senior Management
Change the culture in India so that people are actually accountable for their work.
