    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThere are so many areas that are screaming for improvement.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be afraid to make hard decisions and choices. Its been status quo for way too long.

    Non-binding contracts to employer

Software Developer (Former Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsNot to much to say about this contracting company. It was a short lived opportunity through them and they were quick to have me start.

ConsDifficult to keep up with the Payroll for them. Which is why I guess the company I was contracted for deiced not to use them after the last fiscal year.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to keep the aggressive nature down for competing to keep jobs. I had a really difficult time working and finding suitable training due to the foreign contractors competing for positions. Which was a huge factor in this company having to lay me and more off.

worst company I've ever worked for....

Sales (Former Employee) East Brunswick, NJ

Prosbenefits package was good.. can't really come up with anything else.

ConsCut throat, nobody trusts anyone, new Sr Management is aweful. In their infinite wisdom, deals are being lost due to extensive "Gating" process. This will bit them in the _SS becaus the job market is pretty good and everyone is looking.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf the plan is to pare down the workforce by being as obnoxious and unmotivating as possible, then this is a brilliant plan and should be studied at all Grad schools. They company is in a really bad position and better do an amazing employee turnaround if they expect to survive.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
