Flexible hours, Good work environment, Good learning, employee friendly policies are implemented. Employee satisfaction is given importance. All these make it a good place to work

the only downside i can think of is the compensation. If ur happy with somewhat low salary- but want a good work life balance- this is the place

Employee potential is often not utilized properly. I know many colleagues who do "NO" work at all. There should atleast be some check.
