Opportunities to explore new roles and setting up process
It is a customer focused organisation and colleagues are always willing to help whether for a Sales Demo or a product analysis report or in fixing a customer issue.
The support functions like HR, IT and Finance are the best among all the organisations I have worked with. The teams are always accessible and very responsive with issues of the staffs.

Work life balance for women can be better in terms of working from home for mothers.

Management has initiated some employee friendly initiatives to aid transparency and harmony.

1. People here are supportive and encourage one to grow
2. Company work culture is really good
3. When there are some requirement implementation, time for the development is allotted for the task with the concern of the people working on it.

5. People work here as a team. They will get professionally bonded together, helping with each other that will help you not to let you down
6. Overall from past 5 years of my stay in the company I could say that this is a great place to work for with ample growth opportunities
