    Pros

Active job, gives refreshment most of the times, can help enhance your communication skills as well as confidence. Average pay

    Cons

Management is too strict. Getting rid of a shift once assigned is very tough. At times of exams it will be a lot frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Inform employees before taking a major decision or implementing a new rule and analyze them once before getting them to action

    Pros

great academic phenomenon, great curriculum for career, more importantly, back end design is focused which is a good aspect for job searching in digital ckt design.

vhdl language is not a regular course for ee student we have to apply for override courses if we want to take it. Anyway it's a necessary knowledge for us digital guys.

    Pros

Excellent laid-back work environment. Opportunities to grow and receive access to vendor specific technologies and receive training for those devices.

    Cons

Low amount of hours. Sometimes a lack of personnel management. Reached promotional ceiling very quickly. Moderate pay.

    Advice to Management

Offer more opportunities for greater hours and promotional opportunities. Also for the hiring process, for the desired applicant qualifications, they often do not match with what they are actually looking for and ask for much more experience+education than needed.

    Pros

The univeraity has a diversity of fields for students to select from. Anyone can find a subjuect they are interested in.

    Cons

There are just too many students here. Sometimes for lunch time, you can not even find a table when you eat.

    Advice to Management

If you are a active knowledge seeking student, you basically are able to learn everything you want here. However, just be prepared for a crowded classroom

    Pros

I really got to know the professors and their expectations for students. Teaching and grading also gave me a deeper knowledge of the material.

    Cons

Being a teaching assistant is a lot of work and a lot of responsibility. You have to balance that with your personal responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for providing opportunities to students to take on the responsibility of being a teaching assistant. It gives us real world experience we take with us after graduation.

    Advice to Management

Promote a bit more humane culture ...the young faculty members are sometime too stressed out. Find ways to engage the family members in the community.
