Many plants are shutting down including my plant

If you want everyone to contribute good feedback, then act as if we know what we are talking about.
Give employees a non-sugar coated story about company status.

Pros

Location, if you live near Philadelphia. International, chances for travel and global experience.

Cons

Talk of long-term vision and growth by senior management, but focus on short-term results, often at the expense of the future. Micro-management, lack of trust of subordinates to do jobs properly. Focus on numerical details rather than growth opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management

Trust your managers to manage and don't redo their jobs for them.
