    Pros

There aren't any and when they did have they were taken from the workforce

    Cons

Long hours Low Moral Blame Culture And lately no one can leave site this is to stop people going out for a cigarette

    Advice to Management

Take on Arla culture and not force milklink culture on Lockerbie site after all it is now Arla

    Pros

Excellent corporate approach to employee engagement and sustainability - UK leadership NOT behind it.

    Cons

Nepotism rife. Infighting between Operations and Sales teams. Senior Sales Managers are 'old school' ie believe deals should be done on the golf course

    Advice to Management

Simplify the employee engagement process to get a true picture of how employees feel - UK board and SMT are invisible

I have been working at Arla Foods UK

    Pros

Work at Stourton NDC, Leeds. It's a good company to work for overall with decent management I'm place. A very reputable company with a secure future, A variety of shift patterns to choose from for permanent staff.

    Cons

Cold environment (refrigerated warehouse) agency staff that come and go are usually idiots that don't care about the job because they know they are only temps.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the agency workers completely and employ more full time staff.

    Pros

Great progression opportunities, great people to work with, excellent facilities and a good culture. I am made to feel really welcome by all colleagues in all departments and sites. The communications structures at my workplace are great and there seems to be great emphasis placed on explaining to employes how their particular department or site are doing, which is great. There is also now an employee survey which asks us what we think

    Cons

Not so good office environment, open plan is not my thing - its difficult to concentrate in an open plan environment. The IT equipment is not great for example mobile phones and lap tops, they are quite old and dates

    Advice to Management

Be more open in terms of your communication with the business
