    Pros

Arlington Resources staff is very friendly and good with following up with job seekers

    Cons

It appears to be a small operation and sometimes there is a wait for job opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    So far so good.

    Pros

Gym on site, hours, free food

Everything else. Seriously not even kidding

    Advice to Management

Go away. Stop with the metrics and the microscope.

    Pros

Casual office culture, benefits, true feeling of family, concern for employee development, genuine interest in developing talent and matching people with opportunities. I truly loved working for Casey Accounting and Finance Resources (part of Arlington Resources) and exchange holiday cards and emails with my former co-workers.

    Cons

It wasn't the right opportunity for me at that point in my career and more money from an employer that offered me an opportunity that better-fit my interest came along. I cried when I tendered my resignation.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing - I loved every moment of working with the managers and owner and thank you got all of your investment in my success.

    Pros

Arlington sourced me via my online LinkedIn profile and was able to match my skillset to a consulting assignment within 3 days. The onboarding experience with the agency was expediant and the representatives are all very professional.

    Cons

The representatives do not proactively reach out to their consultants to ensure that the assignment is progressing as expected from the consultant point of view. While they sincerely value the relationship with the employer/client, it would be nice to ensure that their employee (the consultant) engagement levels are at appropriate levels as well.

    Advice to Management

Begin to follow up with the consultants that you place at the various employer locations to ensure that their engagement levels remain high. The consultants are the employee and face of your organization and should be made to feel just as important as the clients that you serve.
