    Pros

Great Benefits in terms of someone starting out as an employee and the discounts are very generous here. Very by the book and professional in terms of management and ethics. One of the best retail jobs you can get. Usually very good management and hiring process.

    Cons

Pays Dirt. It's an awesome high school job but they hire college students. Hours suck and you don't get enough of them. Though, for a retail/entry level job it's still one of the best but I was talking about relative to all other jobs out there.

    Advice to Management

    Not much.

    Pros

    - 75% off two pieces per month - Free piece per month (any item you want!) -Free uniform (includes two pieces) -Awesome people to work with -Love management -Abundance of hours

    Cons

-Pay isnt as high as it should be -Store is small and in a new location, so there isnt alot of people who come in during the week. -Corporate is thinking of taking away our discount.

    Advice to Management

I have no complaints for management. However, Corporate: I feel that you should be paying us sales associates more than $10 because you are a high end brand. Also, most of us cannot afford the high prices of clothing that we absolutely have to wear, to take away our discount is selfish. Please consider keeping it.
