I have been working at Armani Exchange part-time

    Pros

Good employee discounts, fun work environment, commission based on sales per hour.

    Cons

Not enough hours to live on, but gives random hours every week so you can't take another job without possible conflicting schedules.

    Advice to Management

If you aren't going to take care of your employees, at least make it possible for them to take care of themselves.

I have been working at Armani Exchange part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

New collection every month, 1 free item for month. Free 2 pieces once hired. Commission in higher volume stores, fair wages, lots of responsibility.

    Cons

At a low volume store there can be alot of down time but it's best to use it to make the store perfect, which in the end isn't a con at all.

    Advice to Management

Hard to get promoted in the low volume stores.

    Pros

theres not much that's great about this company other than the friendships your create with fellow associates, the nice discount and great customers.

    Cons

The Management sucks because they're all immature with the exception of maybe 2 of them. Unrealistic expectations were far too abundant. There was plenty of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Ground yourselves.

    Pros

Manageable work place. Flexible Discounts were decent.

    Cons

Managers all ran things differently Upper management felt they needed to instill fear to receive respect from employees. Clothes are expensive and my opinion, not good quality.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees not humans. Minimize the micro managing and train employees properly.

I have been working at Armani Exchange part-time

    Pros

Free clothing item given every new collection (about once a month) and good discount

    Cons

Pay is not very good, raises were not given or were very small, company doesn't value the employees that have been there several years

    Advice to Management

Display a more professional workplace that puts stride in helping the clients. Promote more of a positive helpful energy rather than a aggressive stressful one
