I have been working at Armani Exchange full-time

    Pros

Clothing discount is great. I've never heard of a clothing retailer that offered a better discount than here.

    Cons

Micro-management at its finest. Expectations from higher-ups are constantly contradicting themselves. (Selling is your only focus... But you must also finish shipment, board fold the store, plan floor set)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Moving up in this company is near impossible. Promotions within the company are rare. Designate yourself a time table to get promoted and stick to it. "We'll revisit this in a few months" is code for "Don't waste your breathe".

I have been working at Armani Exchange

    Pros

Free item every month and great employee discounts

    Cons

Too competitive... when the store is slow it's hard to reach the SPH or even incentive and even harder when working with another associate

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training for new employees are terrible and communication within the manager and employees needs to greatly improved
