I have been working at Armani Exchange part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Discounts are hands down the best part. They are better than H&M, Guess, Express, and other similar companies.
They pay commission which is doable depending on location, traffic, and staff.
    Fast paced environment.
Able to meet people through selling.
Commission is hard to hit, but is a decent bonus.

    Cons

All the folding is probably the worst part given that it can be pretty tedious.
It is hard to get consistent hours, you have to be on top on your game.
Customers can get very annoying sometimes.

I worked at Armani Exchange part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

If you are 18 years old, this is a great job for you. They start you off at 10 an hour but there is commission offering. Discounts are exceptional.

    Cons

Tough work enviroment but perks are good.

    I worked at Armani Exchange

    Pros

Product was great. Awesome discount. A lot of great workers and people in store

    Cons

I was a manager at the Santa Clara California location I loved the staff but no matter how hard you worked it was never enough. On top of floorsets, operations, running the floor, customer service, making your personal goals (if not you get written up) opening/closing and everything else in retail world you do it all by yourself with little or no support. They have such a high turn over rate. They loose there good managers and associates because you aren't appreciated by the high up management for all the hard work you do. I left on good terms and know I did everything I could but it did burn me out.

I have been working at Armani Exchange part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Awesome employee discount (1 free item a month, 5 items at 75% off and the rest 50% off) You do make some commission but its hard to make at times and its not very much to be motivational.

    Cons

Some of the people are lazy and very often you need to pick up the lazy people's slack. Also, closing time is a pain, the store needs to be completely perfect before you leave. It sometimes took 2-3 hours after closing to leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be mindful of lazy employee's, don't just let them get away with it, cause everyone else needs to pick up their slack (especially at closing time)

    Pros

Great discount, energetic environment, can be fun, pay is great

    Cons

Long hours, overnights every month, high personal sales expectations that we were actually written up if we didn't meet.

I have been working at Armani Exchange part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

This is my second retail job so I knew what I was getting into when I accepted the job. The discount is good compared to other retail stores and it's a fun workplace when you have a great staff. Im only part time but I actually get more than 20 hours a week which is a plus. The clothing is trendy and of good quality.

    Cons

Working retail means you probably won't have any weekends to yourself anymore and working holidays is pretty much a guarantee. Also staying on top of your sales per hour can sometimes be stressful since you are competing with other associates.
