    Pros

Very flexible work environment and friendly people. It's a smaller company, so you get to interact with everyone in the office and get experience doing a variety of tasks. Great location in Washington, DC.

    Cons

Limited mobility within the firm. Management doesn't always do the best job of planning, especially when it comes to things that happen every year. Multiple times where they would schedule some new project or inner office construction during some of the busiest times of the month/year.

  2. Family oriented company, excellent hours,

    Pros

Flexible hours allow for a good family life. Independent work, management allows you to work autonomously as long as work is completed in a timely manner. Experienced managers act as mentors.

    Cons

    Lower salary than comparable firms

    Advice to Management

Managers should pay more for important employees. Employees assume a great deal of risk, especially with trading activities, however the compensation is not in line with the level of responsibilites carried by the staff.

  3. For those family focused

    Pros

The firm allows very flexible hours in order to have a well balanced family and professional life. It is a very tight knit office environment due to the small size of the firm.

    Cons

There is no organizational system for anything. Everything seems to get lost in transition from one department to the next. Everyone has their own way of saving documents onto a very outdated system making it extremely difficult to recover files.
