Pros – If you're able to work independently, this place is okay.
Cons – Nepotism is rampant at this law firm. Half of the HR Manager's family works there and this person gets to decide how much money they make. It's very sad. IP Department...if you want to "kiss up" you can get to do whatever you want. If you don't "you're basically on your own." Definitely needs revamping in this department.

Cons – No opportunities for personal development, cookie cutter metality, no strong mentoring

Pros – The people working at Armstrong Teasdale are really wonderful people, who are fun to work with and professional. The work atmosphere is relaxed and open. Some Partners are friendly and open to helping you on projects.
Cons – Pay is lower than the national average and career advancement is limited. Some Partners need to learn to not take themselves so seriously.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more receptive to employee feedback.
