I worked at Arnold Magnetics full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

None that I can think of, right now.

    Cons

30%+ turnover from early 2014 through early 2015. Pretty bad track record, especially considering it's a company of under 70 people.

    Upper management are completely clueless.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Rochester, NY

    I worked at Arnold Magnetics

    Pros

reasonable opportunities to advance, pay competitive by industry standards, some interesting work as relates to new magnetic applications, some of the people are OK, and low turnover, so you get to know co-workers

    Cons

environment is kind of fragmented, not always clear what is happening in other parts of the company, some divisions have a pretty old smokestack mentality

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

try to develop a more cohesive corporate culture, seems like a group of small companies when it should have more of a corporate identity

    No opinion of CEO
